  1. %B party-line commands:
  2.   .quit              leave the party line
  3.   .who [bot]         see who's on the party line -- if you give
  4.                         a bot's name, show who's on that bot
  5.   .me <action>       do an action on the party line
  6.   .motd              re-view the message of the day
  7.   .files             enter the file system (if it's available)
  8.   .note <who> <msg>  send a private note to someone else on the
  9.                         party line
  10.   .away <reason>     mark yourself as 'away' (notes to you will
  11.                         be stored until you return)
  12.   .newpass <pass>    change your password on the bot
  13. Anything you type that doesn't begin with a '.' goes out to
  14. everyone on the party line.
